Refund policy
At Yourself Bikini, we understand that choosing a swimsuit online can be challenging. That’s why we offer you the option to return your items within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.
How to make a return ?

Return conditions
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions :
• Be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
• Be in their original packaging, with all tags attached and the hygienic protection sticker in place.
• Our shipping boxes are reusable : a second adhesive strip is provided so you can easily return your order without needing new packaging.
Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will not qualify for a refund.

Return shipping fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be directly deducted from the refund amount, except in cases of non-conforming products or an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return costs as instructed by our customer service team.
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund within maximum of 14 business days, using the same payment method you used at checkout.
Please note that your bank may take some time to process and display the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@yourselfbikini.fr.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if them is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or model, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
14-Day cooling-off period (EU Customers Only)
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with all returns, your item must be in the same condition as received : unworn, unused, with tags and hygiene protection in place, and in the original packaging.
